The silicone we use is the highest quality platinum cure silicone, which we currently source from Smooth-On Inc., specifically we use the Dragon Skin™ and EcoFlex™ line of products, which are used for medical prosthetics, special effects make up and more.
To color our toys, we use a combination of body safe Smooth-On pigments, as well as cosmetic grade non-toxic mica powder.
When discussing the firmness of rubbers, the "Shore Hardness Scale" is used. The scale can be quite confusing, there are 3 different sub scales, 00, A, and D.
FIRM - Shore Hardness of 10A
SOFT - Shore Hardness of 00-50
Due to the nature of our products, we will only accept a return if the tamper evident seal on the product packaging is still intact.
If you would like to return a product, you will have to pay for return shipping.

YES! All of our toys arrive in unbranded USPS flat rate shipping boxes.
A thorough washing before first use is necessary! Soap and water will do, but boiling your toy for 3 minutes is ideal.
If you use lube with your toy, use only body-safe water based lube. Silicone based lube will degrade the surface of your toy, even after a single use.
Silicone toys love to collect dust and particles, a quick rinse or wash before use will ensure that your toy is clean and ready for you!
